To activate it, you must use air conditioning mode (COOL) or dehumidification mode (DRY)

The air conditioning mode (COOL) will cool the condensers of the indoor unit which will allow the humidity in the air to be captured by the condensation effect, this condensation will be evacuated through the drain when the accumulation becomes sufficient. Dehumidification is a very important process for air conditioning mode because it removes water particles from the air in order to obtain a cold and dry environment.
